How this tool works
This is a decision-support tool. It does not determine legal eligibility. It helps you identify plausible routes, prioritize countries with clearer processes, and gives you official starting links.
- Route filter: If you select Remote, results focus on countries with a Digital Nomad route. If you select Employed, results focus on employer-sponsored and skilled/points routes.
- Clarity score: Countries rank higher when they have centralized portals, apply pages, processing-time guidance, and more complete verified data.
- Profile-fit boost: Salary and capital can boost routes like EU Blue Card or Startup/Entrepreneur when those links exist in the dataset.
- Outputs: You get recommended routes, official links to start, and risk notes where information is missing or fragmented.
Not yet included: nationality restrictions, minimum salary thresholds, occupation list matching, education requirements, and dependent rules. Those require country-by-country rules data.
